Hi, I’m Elise. I’m a newlywed gal in my twenties with a passion for all things creative. I am very visually inspired and this blog has emerged as a creative outlet for me. With several years working in the music industry, growing up with my mom as a home decorator and some fashion school under my belt, my life has become a hodgepodge of decorating, fashion styling, designing sets and personal shopping. I love helping and encouraging people to feel inspired and to confidently express themselves through personal style. I can often be spotted scouring the local flea market for the perfect treasure, in the crowd at a Nashville concert, or spending time with my adorable husband. I hope that you’ll stop by often for your daily dose of fashion tips, gorgeous photography, ideas for dressing your nest, new music to check out and more.

When I’m not busy styling or blogging, you can find me out and about buying for my online vintage shop – Troubadour Vintage. I take great pride in offering one-of-a-kind vintage clothing, accessories and shoes at the most affordable prices around.

A "troubadour" is a traveling singer, songwriter or storyteller, and that's just what we adore about our vintage items. Every garment has a unique story and history. We love dreaming up fun adventures for each of our listings... where we think they might have been, who may have worn them, and what story is being passed on to you.
