Let's Get Cozy!

I just love this time of year... pretty lights, holiday cheer, warm & fuzzy feelings, peppermint mochas, cuddling... the list could go on and on. It's getting colder and colder outside and I'm in for a rude awakening this week in Utah {snow and temperatures in the teens!}. I'd love to stay cozy in these adorable wintery items ::

Away I Go

Tomorrow I fly out to Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm excited to do some work {redecorating a living room space}, eat at my favorite burrito place, catch the TOT Christmas show and visit dear family and friends. Of course I'll be missing my love... but when I get home it'll almost be Christmastime - which means lots of time together! YAY!

Daydreams & Inspirations

I'm still not feeling too hot... but found the strength yesterday to shower and get a few things done {besides laying on the couch, watching Love Actually and making my Christmas wishlist}. How was your weekend? Did you all brave the outdoors and hit the sales?

I've had an "inspiration" folder on my desktop for as long as I can remember and am excited to be using many of these lovelies for my first Style File project. Right now I'm working to group them together into categories - Life, Home, Wardrobe & Creative. My online inspirations come from many places - blogs, Flickr, Etsy, We Heart It and more. Where do you find most of your inspiration?

My Parents Were Awesome

Thanksgiving time is here and my wonderful in-laws are in town. I also just got back from visiting my parents in Colorado and am very thankful for my amazing families! Merry Christmas To Me!

Merry [early] Christmas to me! I am sooo super excited about Red Velvet Art's Style School Class... In January, I will begin six weeks of nothing but fun, crafty projects {30 of them - to be exact!}. I am most looking forward to the faux vintage brooch wreath, fabric pom-pom necklace, favorite quote pillow and the woodland yarn flower arrangement, just to name a few. I hope that I can gain inspiration and learn a lot about myself as an artist through the class. It's going to be FUN!
